A message from the Pastor:
God is in charge of Spiritual Growth Church, and all are welcome to fellowship. Men and women are still seeking the truth and are looking high and low to find it. Some have decided to follow false god’s and worship statutes and others have went the route, which they believe there is no God. There is one God. We need to understand that in the beginning was God, Gen. 1:1. God was first and then came His creation.
When God made man and woman, the purpose was to be fruitful and multiply. Everyone was to live in peace and harmony. There was one language and one speech, until one day man decided to build his own place called The tower of Babel, whose top was to be in the heavens so that they can be in charge and make a name for themselves, Gen. 11:1 –9.
The world became so divided back then, that today there are many different languages and religions that goes on in different cities, states, countries, and continents. God not only sent prophets, priests, judges, kings and queens, also the holy ghost (same as holy spirit), to a woman named Mary who was a virgin which became pregnant by the holy ghost and gave birth to God’s son to give everyone hope for the future, to redeem us from not only our sins, but through His son and the holy spirit we would be able to have eternal life. If we receive, it is the holy spirit that gives us strength over sin and everything you can imagine that we cannot give ourselves. Let’s focus on our lives today and work on taking responsibility of all the actions we take, including all of the children that we are responsible for. God gave us a choice, how to live our lives and this is what we brought into the world.
Let’s stop thinking of ourselves and start thinking of others, stop having greed and start helping those in need, stop being hateful to one another and start being grateful, stop the killing & the stealing and start thinking of other people’s feelings, stop the wars going on across every nation, start reading God’s word, 13:7 Revelation, stop disrespecting each other and start respecting one another, stop judging for something that you don’t know, and start loving because you reap what you sow, Galatians 6:7. It’s going to take a lot of love to overcome this word made evil, Matthew 22:37 – 40. Let’s do evil in reverse. Let’s live and love today.
GOD BLESS YOU,
Pastor Theodore Green III
